Terms and information on sending to UK after Brexit

Dear customers, as you know, the membership of Great Britain in the European Union will end with effective on 31.12.2020 at 23:59 Central European Time.

Along with leaving the EU is United Kingdom also leaving the EU common market and new customs, tax and administrative obligations arise. Unfortunately, the process of exporting to the UK is far from being "user-friendly" at the moment.

Following the facts described above, we take the following measures with immediate effect.

Retail orders

All retail orders are suspended until further notice.

We will inform registered customers by email about the resumption of parcel deliveries to the UK, notifications will also be sent to the recipients of our newsletter.

Wholesale orders

All non-pallet wholesale orders are suspended until further notice.

Pallet wholesale orders continue with limitations.
